The Enemy Wants You to Be Afraid

Fear is the enemy’s favorite tool.

Why? Because a fearful Christian is a paralyzed Christian. When fear takes over, we hesitate, we doubt, and we shrink back instead of stepping into God’s purpose.

Think about it—how many times have you almost done something bold for God, but then your mind whispered:

What if you fail?

What if people judge you?

What if you're not good enough?

Classic enemy tactics.

But here’s the truth: fear is a liar. The enemy wants you afraid because he knows what happens when you walk in faith instead—strongholds break, destinies are unlocked, and you become unstoppable.

When the Israelites were this close to the Promised Land, fear almost kept them out (Numbers 13:31-33). The enemy tried to make them see themselves as small. But guess what? God had already given them the victory—they just had to trust Him.

Fear may come knocking, but you don’t have to open the door. When the enemy tries to intimidate you, remind him who you belong to. God has already won the battle, and your job? Walk in faith anyway.

Scripture:  For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline. — 2 Timothy 1:7
