Turning Worry into Worship

Look, stress in 2025 is next level.

The price of food? Wild. Eggs? Practically a luxury item.

And don’t even get me started on everyday essentials. It’s to the point where hitting the grocery store feels like swiping your card at a fancy restaurant—for one meal. Like, what?! 😭

With everything going on, your brain goes into detective mode, running every possible scenario like you’re starring in your own crime show.

The problem?

Instead of solving a case, you just end up exhausted, anxious, and even more stressed than before.

Here’s the truth: worry is just worship in the wrong direction. It’s giving all your energy to fear instead of faith. But Jesus gave us a different way.

In Matthew 6:26, He says: “Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap… yet your heavenly Father feeds them.” Translation? If God takes care of tiny birds, He’s got you too.

So when worry creeps in, flip the script. Instead of spiraling into stress, start singing, praying, and declaring God’s promises. Worship shifts the atmosphere—it reminds your soul who’s actually in control. So next time anxiety tries to take over, don’t just sit in it. Sing through it.

Scripture: “Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” — 1 Peter 5:7
